What the Heck is a Cookie Pizza? (And Why It Rocks)

Ever heard of a cookie pizza? No? Let's fix that!

You might be asking, "What in the world is that? Is it a cookie? Is it a pizza? Huh...?" The simple answer..yes! You might have dreamed up such a treat as a little one, and now those youthful creative juices are coming to life. Because now they are real, absolutely delicious, and will definitely leave you with a new favorite dessert.

 

Soo... What Exactly is a Cookie Pizza?

Think back to your sweet, 90's innocent self about to dig in to your favorite pile of cookies at granny's house. Grab a hold of that disc of delight, and now use your imagination to grow that little hand held goodie into the size of a full-on, 12" pizza. Can you imagine your favorite cookie as a child, but now 3 times thicker and 4 times bigger around? Now slice it up just like a cheese pizza and dig in! That's it!

Just like granny made those beauties fresh in her kitchen, Grunge Cookie Pizza Co. operates the same way with high-quality ingredients to give you that soft and gooey, fresh baked experience. Cut them into slices so they're easy to serve (or not share at all - no judgement here). Think cookie cake and a pizza had a beautiful, rebellious baby. It is truly as awesome as it sounds.

 

Why Cookie Pizzas Rock Harder Than Regular Cake

First, we love all sweets. In fact, we might have some of the strongest sweet tooths (teeth?) in all the land! We love us some cheesecake, extra moist cake with that homemade butter cream frosting, candy, and heck we even love that competitor with the pink boxes! With that being said, let's discuss why Grunge Cookie Pizzas will be your new top choice.

#1 - The master baker, Jacey, somehow has been blessed from our dear Creator with a way of baking these cookies in a way that has them soft and consistent all the way through. Some recipes have a slightly crunchy crust, just like a real pizza. 

#2 - Grunge Cookie Pizza Co. decided early on that we would not have traditional flavors. When you bite into a Grunge cookie slice, you will not get the old school oatmeal, chocolate chip, or snicker doodle flavors. No, not here. We decided to challenge the status quo and make every one of our flavor releases something unique, special, and most importantly, outrageously delicious.

#3 - To go right along with that wild ride of a cookie flavor experience, each cookie has its own "topping" (aka icing) that will be the most face melting experience of your life. These toppings are made fresh with unique ingredients to match the wild nature of the cookie base.

#4 - These giant goodies can serve 8-16 people! You can certainly enjoy a whole cookie pizza yourself (we certainly have!). For live events, we typically cut pizzas into 8 slices, which is a generous size cookie that will leave just about anyone satisfied. For large gatherings, we have seen pizzas cut into 16 slices and also even more small squares. 

#5 - Everything at Grunge Cookie Pizza Co. has a fun 90's inspired twist to it. Whether you were born in the 90's, lived through the 90's, or even just know someone from the end of the century, there is something fun, familiar, and nostalgic for everyone. Every bite is like throwing a mini party.

#6 - Cookies are always baked fresh and made to order. If you need a last minute gift, or totally forgot to bring something to the family dinner, we got you covered. Cookies can be on your doorstep [typically] next day! If you stop by our live events, they are fresh. When you need enough cookie pizzas to serve your 300 wedding guests, they are fresh. When the office party calls for desserts, fresh indeedy!
