At Grunge Cookie Pizza Co., every cookie pizza and slice is baked fresh with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has left our kitchen or been delivered. However, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’ll always make it right if something’s not up to our standards.

🧾 Refunds or Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at info@grungecookiepizza.co or through our Contact page.
Please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the product (if applicable)

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We can’t issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Products not stored properly after delivery

• Missed pickups or delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability

📦 Event Orders & Custom Orders

Event and custom orders (like weddings, birthdays, or corporate catering) require advance preparation. Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule or adjust your order if changes are needed with sufficient notice.
